I am a passionate dietitian, member of the Order of dietitians nutritionists of Quebec (ODNQ).

I offer private nutrition consultation services remotely. Also, I am currently working in a medical clinic. Every day I meet patients for many reasons. All of my patients are unique. They consult me ​​to eat better,  prevent heart diseases, perform better in their sport, diabetes, fatigue, reflux, etc. Helping people fullfils me. Many people believe that it is difficult to change their eating habits, but with the right support, almost anything is possible.
